I have purchased 3 heatsets in 4 months and this one is perfect!!! the creators reads my mind with this one. It has an "in ear canal" earpiece and earhooks if you desire along with different sizes of rubber earpieces. The sound quality is great. and recharging is as simple as plugging it into your computer (it does have a plug for electrical sockets too). This one meets all my picky requirements. KUDOS to the makers!!

Bought the Bluetrek Metal Evolution hoping this would be the last Bluetooth headset I would need/use. Lost a couple, my fault, bought a couple that really sucked (Jawbone) and that led me to the Bluetrek. Did my research and for the money it looked to be the best bargain.The GOOD: EXCELLENT design. The Ferrari of earpieces, its elegant and wears very well with anything without being obtrusive. Industrial Design professors should use it as the textbook of good functional design. EXTREMELY Lightweight, not clunky (pay attention Plantronics) and most important the fit is SUPERB! It's like not even having it on, which is especially remarkable given that it fits IN your ear. Can wear all day with no discomfort, no slippage.Now the BAD! HORRIBLE RECEPTION! Not so much incoming as I can hear most people fairly well even in wind, but the outgoing is horrible! Most times have to go back to holding phone as other party cannot hear me or hear constantly "it sounds like you are talking in a tunnel or have a moth full of cotton." I LOVE the Bluetrek for its simplicity, I'm not going to nit pick the tiny buttons, its a headset, the button will be tiny and they work, HOWEVER, if the VERY function you buy the device for is TALKING and it does not do that well... I hope the Bluetrek folks read this cause designwise they have a serious winner, but they REALLY need to rework the transmitter/receiver and make the next "Evolution" of the Metal Evolution what is should and can be; the best Bluetooth headset for the money on the market! Seriously Bluetrek guys, I will pay a few bucks more for the improvements, the fit is THAT damn good.
