I am overwhelmed by the sound quality and features of this product... I couldnt' be happier. The whole system is very slick and clean looking. It's got really nice user friendly features. This one appeared to be a good value for the money. It was well worth the investment in terms of sound quality and equipment durability. I thought they looked small at first but on the bike i realized they're perfect... I am very satisfied with my purchase. Hope this helps.

I agravated with this for two days, never could get it to work right. One headset was very low volume compared to the other, they wouldn't stay paired, the instructions are crappy, the mount is really flimsy. They look like they would be ok, but not so. I made styrofoam spacers to have the speakers right up against my ears, that was the only way to get good volume. I never got to try it on a motorcycle, couldn't get it to work from room to room in the house. Feedback squeal is bad also, will deften you. Amazon is wonderful on their return warrenty, thanks Amazon!!!

Arrived Yesterday. Packaged well. Fairly simple to install. I had to use the attached Velcro to keep ear speakers in place.I couldn't figure out how to use the voice command button from the bluetooth headset. (Its the button that asks who I want to call, phone status, read text message, etc) During my one phone call, I drove thru town and merged onto the freeway. Callee could only hear engine noise and no real wind noise. I accelerated to 90MPH and still no real wind noise. Something I really like is how small the depth of the speakers are. I don't even feel them in the helmet.Gear I have:-1979 GS1000E with full sized windscreen, not a fairing-Scorpion 700 Full Face Helmet-Crappy Second helmet that I use when carrying passengers-Basic, Non-Smart Samsung phonePros:-Small-Light weight-Quick Charging via USB or AC Adapter-Adequate Wind Blocking-Plenty of Volume (Scorpion 700 Helmet)-Synced with phone easily-Control music on phone (Play/Pause Only)-Phone call seemed like a normal bluetooth-Callee couldn't hear windCons:-Speakers are very very tinny-Intercom seemed to have a little static (across living room)-No MP3 wired input-Volume up is down button-Volume down is up button-Few buttons so the power button has 3 buttons? short press turns on, longer press is intercom or something, longer than that turns the unit off/sync to new device-Beeps are not explained-Not all black- 2nd Gen Antenna and has a brass 90 Degree elbow-Manual is poorly translated-The Manual says to reset the unit but doesn't explain why or what it doesFuture:-Will remove windshield (Update...A little windy but still very good phone call without windshield at 75 mph.)-Will try with old 2nd helmet that is very drafty, windy, and loud-Will report on battery life (Update...4 hour trip with mp3 playing the whole time and a few phone calls.
