it is in fact missing the extended ear bud. The product doesnt have any major issues but the sales office does not provide what they state. "Sound-isolating stereo earbuds" that is plural earbuds not singular as stated on the sales page from the sales office.

This item, Plantronics Voyager 855 STEREO Bluetooth, wireless headset is supposed to be STEREO! It comes from the manufacturer as STEREO. It has been STEREO in every previous iteration for sale on Amazon and elsewhere since its release in September 2007. I've been following it since I was interested in this particular headset but could not justify the price until it fell below $50. This vendor removed it from the box (possibly a return) and removed the necessary accessories for it to operate in STEREO mode and sold it like a thief in the night. Granted, they do not state that it is STEREO on the web page. But they don't make the distinction that it isn't either. I contacted Amazon, since it was fulfilled by them, prior to purchase to confirm this was a new item. They confirmed that it was. But when it arrived it was not in the original box, not in original packaging, it did not have a manual nor any of the accessories this item is normally sold with including the accessories necessary to make it STEREO. They misrepresented the product. A lie by omission is still a lie! Avoid this vendor. They use several names: AOK Group, Inc. and Luxor Outlet. I returned it immediately.
