Making and receiving calls is simpler with Smart Sensor technology in the Voyager PRO HD. The headset knows when you are wearing it so it cleverly routes calls to the headset when it's on your ear and to the handset when it's not. The Voyager PRO HD also has a locking call mechanism when it is not worn to eliminate accidental calling, and you can answer incoming calls simply by putting the headset on your ear--no buttons to press, applications to open or voice commands required. And if you are listening to music or other audio taking off the headset will automatically pause the stream.

This was a replacement for a similar Voyager PRO UC headset. I have found it as good as the more expensive model with easy to use features and clear sound. I like the look of this model better, the dark color and subtle shiny black are professional and classy. Easy to charge and easy to pair and use. Love the verbal alerts with battery life and incoming call announcement. Works well with iphone Siri voice commands.You will enjoy using this bluetooth headset.Harold

I ordered this to replace my Pro+ headset. When trying to pair it with my Plantronics BUA200M PC dongle it will work with 'Narrowband' audio but not 'Wideband'. Plantronics customer service was no help at all. They finally told me to return it to them for warranty service but when they saw the 'bulk packaging' on the invoice they refused to service it stating 'we do not sell it this way so we cannot service it'.

Finally a bluetooth that I can talk and my stupid noisy company van doesn't drown out my voice. Very clear audio and talk time of six hours. Well worth the money! Won't be disappointed! If you have little ears like I do, install the smaller attachment that comes with the unit. After a while, you forget you have it on.
