Easily the worst designed bluetooth headset ever. I tried it on every member of my family and it fit no one's ear.The piece over the ear had no flexibility, and was so close to the headset, there was no space left to get it over your earlobe while having the speaker in your ear.This would be my 5th headset and I bought it mainly for the USB power charger. Big mistake - stick with the usual Jabra, Motorola, Blue Ant etc. This headset is a piece of junk.
