I've tried many different BT headsets and none ever seem to fit my ear. I absolutely hate wearing an earloop so headsets that don't fit in the ear canal don't work for me. If I feel like the thing won't stay in my ear when I'm reaching for a tool, I can't and won't use it. The SoundID 510 come closest to what I think has been the best fitting headset yet considereing I've tried several Motorola, Plantronics, Samsung and Verizon-branded ones. The sound quality can be a bit hollow depending on the voice on the other end of the call, but not too "bassy" like the Plantronics Voyager (hated that thing). THe Earprint app lets you tailor the audio to fit your hearing, and if your like me and have lost some of your hogh frequency range this headset can compensate for the high frequency loss. The earpice goes just slightlyu in your ear and privdes some degree of sound islation but not much. THe fit of the earpieces is OK, but I wish they would go just a few more milimeters into the ear canal for better isolation. The power switch is a mechanical slide-switch that can inadvertently turn off the heeadset. I wish the switch was electronic like the volume control sensor. Overall, not perfect but better than most. I wold reccomend this headset over any other I've mentioned. Price vs. value is very good.

This the absolute worst piece of equipment I ever purchased. It worked with great limitation for about 2 days. I decided to keep the item and place it on a shelf so I could look at it and always recall the company so I will never make a purchase from them again.
