I recently bought one of these headsets from Amazon, the price was fair and comparable to other like products. It was a bit slow getting to me but did arrive eventually, the packaging was minimal and had obviously had some rough handling in transit.On opening the package there were no obvious signs of damage. The instruction booklet is very small in size and print and gives minimal instructions with no web site details for futher support.How ever I followed the instructions and charged the unit up, this was OK.I found putting the unit in my ear difficult and could not get the microphone to function, wearing it was not comfortable. While switching the unit of while in my ear the power button became seperated from the unit. When I removed the unit from my ear it was obvious the unit had started to seperate into its two halves this occured after 5 minutes.As I needed a blue tooth headset urgently and this unit was not in any condition to use I purchased a headset for the same sort of money locally that is 100 times better than this.I contacted the seller for advice on where to return the unit too and to request a refund of my costs only to be told that it is the sellers policy (and in the T&Cs) to only offer a replacement.If I was offered a full refund and a replacement I would take my refund but refuse to have a replacement unit as free it would still be over priced. Both the headset and the supplier are two things I would suggest avoiding unless you too want to be dissapointed. This may simply be one of the worst experiences I have had with Amazon who I must say appear to not be interesetd in helping me obtain my justified refund for these faulty cheap and nasty goods.

very leery of bluetooth units because I always have problems with them. Normally they just hurt my ear, even if I switch to the other ear it still hurts. This bluetooth unit is wonderful. My ears never hurt with it no matter what ear I put it on. I get great reception. I have recommended this to everyone I know. If I ever need to get another I will get the same kind. I am just thrilled with my bluetooth headset.
