Works great. Would prefer something that goes inside the ear but this is nice and loud and it's temporary while talking. I don't leave it in by no means. But I like it for the price for sure!!

I purchased this item recently and it does not work properly, so I have to return it. At first I thought it was my phone but then I also connected this bluetooth to my other cell phone and it keeps disconnecting every 10 minutes after pairing to the phones. It is supposedly compatible to both phones but just does not stay connected. Very frustrated so I have no choice but to return. No wonder it's so cheap!
