Unit arrived physically intact but would not power on after charging. Very poor instruction manual that doesn't mention which buttons are which, impossible to use even if it would power up. Save your money.

I really like this headset. The sound quality is good and the noise cancellation rocks. I have several Bluetooth headset's and this one is my favorite. I tried the BlueParrot and found it to be heavy and bulky...in addition to looking like a dork. The manual for this headset needs to be expanded but I was able to quickly figure out what is what. I paired mine with an older Sanyo flip-phone. It is a great little tool for people with long commutes and/or talk alot!
