Pros: Comfortable; you can almost forget you're wearing it. Consistent connection; unlike a few of the reviews here I have not (in a couple of months use) had the headset lose connection to my phone. Quality sound; clear on both ends.Cons: Frankly, none to speak of. Volume control takes a little getting used to, but it not really a problem.I'm ordering another M55 today for my wife. She has never found a headset - either bluetooth or corded - that she was comfortable using for any period of time. She has 'borrowed' my M55 enough that I am just going to quit trying to get it back and buy myself another one.I guess that's a con - I wish the M55 came in multiple colors so we didn't have to find a way to mark them once we have multiples in house... :-)

Just purchased earpiece,works just as good as my $140 Bose earpiece ...battery life is unbelievable, doesn't cause ear pain, .would definitely recommend, you will not be disappointed!!!

I don't know why others have trouble with range but I live in a 3200SF house and I can leave my iPhone in my room and walk around my house about 20 to 50 feet from my phone and never had a drop call or disconnect from my phone yes if I'm 30 to 50 feet from my phone the clarity isn't the same but that's expected battery life is grate my hearing is very good so I have mine at low settings so I get about 10 to 11 hours or talk before I have to charge again I bought the Bose headset for $150 and by far for about $50 you get a much better head set save your cash by this and whoever is reading my reviews about this head set look up [...] this will help you understand more about the device and help you chose what best meets your needs.
