Great product in that call quality is superb and user can connect two phones at the same time (I still have not whittled down to one phone yet!)Pros:call quality (feedback supplied by callers on the other end as well as my own experience)flexibility: two phones connecting at same time; works with one phone and Google Talk/Chat/Voice product at same time; haven't tried it with Lync yetusability: several charging options that are well thought out when needed - the battery lasted overnight without chargingCons:I have small ears and wear glasses; can be uncomfortable if wearing for more than a few minutesprice: even though the pricetag is a little steep; seems like it is worth it so far.Really happy and recommend for sure.
