This headset is perfect. In/out audio is loud/clear/quiet. Easy to pair, easy to use. Comfortable and easy to wear. It's not as inconspicuous as the in the ear bluetooths, but that doesn't bother me. My boyfriend is a truck driver and has one, he can hear me and I can only hear him, no background truck or wind noise. I can't even tell he's on it. I've had 3 people order one because of how much I love mine. Shipping/packaging - no issues. Highly recommend!

I purchased one for myself and loved it.. Then purchased three more as gifts... I believe it is a winner, especially the stand by time of 220 hours and the talk time of 13 hours. That is amazing.
