Pros: Small size, 3 ways to charge (USB, Electrical outlet, Car), Comes in Cool Colors- attractive, caller can hear voice clearlyCons: Drops connection with phone frequently, Can't hear caller well, can't go far from phone before it starts beeping, not comfortable on ear- clip doesn't stay secure and ear canal piece is big and uncomfortable, volume buttons are reversed-awkward because the volume up is on the bottom, and volume down is on the top of the unit.I was hoping for much more when I received this device. It is really cute to look at but that is where the attraction ends. I struggle to hear the other party even after turning my phone all the way up and I can be sitting still and my call is dropped from the bluetooth, yet the caller is still on the phone.I would not recommend this product to someone who is used to using a bluetooth. It may be fine for a teenager or someone who has never had one.
