I bought this based on information on the web site and the form factor as observed at the store. Initially, the fit was great, the ear bud with silicon flap went into the ear canal and sealed off noise. EXACTLY what I wanted. The sound quality into and out of the ear piece was on par with those costing twice to three times as much, I am comparing against my Plantronics. The major drawback was the the ear hook is flimsy and cracked at about week 5 of usage. At the time, I could not return it to the store ad wrote to Noise Hush. I have yet to hear back from them (it's been about a week and a half. The ear hook made a world of difference, now the headset slips out of the ear and defeats the purpose of "hands free". Other people "may" be able to get it to stay in place. Overall, good sound quality, easy linking with iPhone 3GS, good distance, typical headset, but the flimsy ear hook kills it. The company DOES offer ear hooks at about 7.50 each, but if you buy one of these headsets and see how cheap the ear hooks are, you'd be reluctant to buy another ear hook, especially at 7.50 each.. now if they were selling them for 0.75 each. I would buy a couple and live with it..good luck

I got this to go with my Moto Droid X and the sound quality is terrible. Everything sounds muddy and muffled. If you're desperate for a cheap bluetooth headset, this will work, but you're better off paying twice as much for a Plantronics.
