I have tried a few bluetooth headsets and this is my favorite! Mine is a few years old now, it still works great & I use it almost everyday! Reception is very good compared to my other ones, I really have no complaints... I bought a couple more just in case I loose it. I only paid about $10 and it was sooooo worth it!

This is a very basic setup with very limited ear customization. My employees have complained about this. I also noticed that if it is not completely charge it has a hard time connecting.

Worked out of the box with my Verizon Incredible2. Got the instructions from the WEB as a bit confusing at first to tell when its on or off.
