I purchased this item through Amazon for a Christmas gift. The recipient of this item was unable to wear it without it falling off because it was bigger than her ear. This company does state that there are no returns, a fact I did not notice when I ordered it. I can definitely say I will not buy anything from this company again because I totally disagree with their policy. I think companies should value their relationship with the customers who pay for their products, instead of alienating them!
